There have recently been some problems with private messages becoming exposed do to this service. So be careful, maybe consider a different group twitter app.

This seems like a cool idea. Not done well enough. Needs a nice focused interface. Could also use a badge making tool to market the service and give it something of a reputation.

This is an awesome web service that has given me access to who is tweeting in my area. This is especially good for anyone in a small town or wants to use twitter with a focus outside of the IT/Business industry. It gives you a kick start to followers and possible friends!

Initially, I can’t seem to get any information. It just gives an error in a popup on the google map. They should build a menu that allows you to select areas and enter zip codes making the app easier to work with. Right now the interface is incredibly sparse.
